「When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor. I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service. We booked a table for dinner and were very impressed not only with the menu but with the level of service which was first class. We took dinner on the second night...

「The spa at Ockenden Manor is absolutely superb – quiet, friendly, and extremely welcoming. The staff create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The hotel rooms, while a little dated in style, are comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. 「an very old inn which just renovated few years before. Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The room was called a Snug and "Snug" it certainly was. Just about ok for 1 or 2 nights but for longer stays get a bigger room.」

「This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place.」

「Room is ok, breakfast is great, unfortunately after I had breakfast water supply stopped in the hotel. Maintenance work is understandable, but should remind guests beforehand so they can be better prepared.」
