「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

「What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!」

「Wonderful hotel. Comfortable bed & bedding. Lovely boutique hotel feel. Close to transit. We walked to Kew and took the bus back at the end of the long day. Lovely sitting areas inside & out. Staff recommendation close by breakfast spot is excellent. Lots of restaurants 10-15 m walk away. Had some issues on check-in and again on check-out with the pre-paid parking not being tied to our booking. All in all, would not hesitate to stay again.」
