Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. 「My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. 「We highly recommend staying at the Selwyn. It’s located in walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and all Richmond’s highlights (including the train station). It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Also, close for a day trip to Hampton Court.」
