"We had an overnight stay. The location was great lots of places to eat and very close to the tube station. The hotel was in a quiet street. Very flexible. We left our luggage about 1pm and then checked in at 12.30am. The rooms were spotless. The aircon was very handy to have and free WiFi. Coffee and tea facilities and complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Small fridge and safe in room as well. Very comfy beds with two pillows each. Nice terrace are or small area outside if you smoke. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again."
"This hotel is wonderful. From the staff who greeted us at the reception to check in to the wonderful bar and restaurant. The location is good with regular buses to Earl’s Court and good connections to the city centre via Imperial Wharf overground.
We didn’t have the breakfast but the staff were very helpful!"
"We had a fantastic stay at the Stamford Bridge Hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient—it’s incredibly close to the train lines, making it a breeze to get around London, and the surrounding area is packed with plenty of great restaurant options.
The hotel itself was remarkably clean, modern, and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the absolute highlights was the Franke's Sports bar. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made for a great atmosphere to unwind in after a long day of sightseeing.
Plus, as a wonderful bonus, we received a discount at the bar just for being hotel guests! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, and perfect transit links in London. We would definitely stay here again."
"There was no signage in King Street to indicate that the entrance to the hotel was no longer on King St where it should have been (at 120-124). The original Holiday Inn was closed down and for lease as well as under apparent renovation. I took the chance on walking down the street a full block away to find the Holiday Inn Express tucked in the back far away with no visible entrance nor signage. This was most inconvenient and stressful for me as I had walked from Hammersmith Station and gone way past 120 King since I was expecting to see a hotel right on King Street. This is not unreasonable. Although the accommodation was okay, it was a far cry from what was advertised. At £168 for one night, I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. Can you assist with a partial refund please? I have photos."
