There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. 「Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we had no issues. Arrived late evening. Check-in was simple. Staff were all professional, helpful and courteous. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream were available at night. Breakfast had several options. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice. We were satisfied.
