It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! 「Here's a concise breakdown: Hotel: Excellent. Staff are great and helpful. Food is good and fresh. Your room is decent and cleaned daily including fresh towels. The gym is well stocked including a punching bag. Also, there is a staff member always ready to help you with activities such as safaris or visits to the Giraffe Center.
