「Very Quite and comfortable!」

「We had a nice stay at The Osthoff Resort overall. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed both the pools and the beach. The location is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests. 「This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.」

「My friends and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we were impressed by the decor and how charming the hotel was! The adjoining rooms aren't very big and there is one mini fridge for both rooms but we were able to make it work. The staff was all very nice and their private beach was great.」

「The entire property was lovely, we had access to all amenities and there were shuttles that took us to all restaurants and the Sports core. Our room was clean and loved the bathroom! A very nice breakfast was included and coffee available all day. Happy hour offered a free beer or glass of wine and a full bar to purchase a drink. The staff was extremely helpful. They are expanding this property and it looks fantastic」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」
