"Good hotel however we found it was too far from the city centre and we spent a lot of time and money on grab taxis. Plenty of shops and food places around the area and quite busy . Hotel could provide extra tea and coffee for guests as we had family room with three people and had to ask for extra coffee etc . Other than that it is good value for money . "

The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice. "

"This is a great property located a bit away from the city center but easily accessed with a taxi. Good breakfast spread, clean rooms, courteous staff and all the amenities you could need - highly recommended for solo or family travel. Would definitely be back! "

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."
