「不好」

「Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. 」

「Room was okay, nothing special but nothing really wrong either. The bathroom was a nice size and had two sinks.」

「Check in was easy, room was clean. The entire property reeked of cigarettes, including the room I had on the 2nd floor. I attempted to get a cup of coffee from the area near the front desk, it was awful, undrinkable. I looked at the breakfast buffet but from the looks of the "people" in line, I didn't want to chance a communicable disease. I ate off property. The room sufficed for my needs but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, find somewhere else to stay.」

「Overall a nice place to stay. Great lobby area, convenient parking and plenty of restaurant/shopping options nearby. Fridge in the room didn't get very cold though, and the clock in the pool room was off. But otherwise a decent stay.」

「The hotel is in a great area with lots to do! The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had just what we needed and a good variety. 」

「Great experience. Shower did have some soap scum in grout and on shelves in the shower. 」

「Yes it was welcome to pets The hotel needs updates. The owners/staff and I did not speak the same language so communication was difficult 」

「Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better.」
