「We booked a room for one night after a cruise and were amazed by the staff kindness for letting us check in very early, provided water and free drinks at the bar and cleaned the room in between our errands. We definitely recommend the place for a short stay after or before a cruise. They also booked us a taxi to the airport and the food at the pool was excellent.」

「虽然是老酒店，但是设施都还不错。早餐还算丰盛，但也都是常规配置。有提供酸奶和蜂蜜。楼顶的餐厅晚上风景很美。酒店对面有家甜品店，再往前走一点，有家餐厅，味道也还可以。唯一一点不顺利就是，我们订了同等价格和房型的3间房，但是入住后，发现其中一间非常小。衣柜只有2个格子，其中一个格子还被冰箱和水壶占用了，实际能使用的衣柜只有一个。洗手间也很狭窄，像一个甬道。而另外2个房间虽然布局不同，但是能使用的设施和空间会更多。一开始，前台坚持3间房是同等房型。经过一番交涉，并且在查看了房型以后，酒店才终于同意更换掉那间比较小的房间。」

「缺點: 飯店設施設置部分設置不恰當,整體經驗糟糕! ex: 1.電源插頭位於140cm高,要接手機充電器充電非常的不方便(房號:111)。 2.浴室門鎖整個壞掉,根本沒辦法關門(房號:111)。 3.浴室沒有乾濕分離,只有一片玻璃隔離馬桶,洗完澡基本上除了馬桶座是乾的外,全部都是濕的(房號:111、408)。 4.浴室狹小,很難進出(房號:408)。 5.室內沒有強制禁菸,雖然住的是無菸房,但附近房客若有人在室內抽菸,就會聞到。 6.早餐雖然免費,但很陽春,建議出去吃比較好。而且餐廳狹小,一個桌子大約2個人座就會滿(但是有四張椅子,看起來是期待每桌可以坐四人)。 7.無線網路房內訊號差，大約只有1格,有時還無法連線。優點: 1.離Omonia地鐵站近(距離大約300m)。 2.樓下就有餐廳。 3.附近有自助洗衣店,洗衣3euro、烘衣2~3euro(距離500m)。 4.附近有AB超級市場(距離800~1000m內)。」

「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,...
