It felt dirty, not taken care of and it has not been refurbished in many years. Hotels.com should not feature places with this low standard. When we arrived it felt like we were entering an abandoned building.」

「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,...

「We received warm welcome the day and staff were always friendly and willing to help. The hotel is at great location, closed to the Acropolis and there are so many restaurants around. The room isn’t big but it’s cozy and clean. I will still choose to stay at Hera hotel if I visit Athens next time. It’s a lovely hotel.」
