We stayed at 11 Enteka Acropolis Suites at the end of our Greece holiday. Although we only stayed one night to catch our flight home the next morning, we were very happy with our room which was clean and surprisingly quiet as our room was located on the main lobby floor near the reception desk. Anna at reception was excellent as she assisted with our transportation needs to and from the hotel.

I was very happy with the room cleanliness and modern design. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning blew cold and water pressure was great. Their front desk employee was extremely helpful. We had to manage lost luggage from the airport and she stepped in to assist us with communication and transportation. Overall great experience with this hotel.

Airport shuttle was pre-arranged taxi which is helpful when you don’t know how to book one yourself - it is very expensive though. The room itself was not clean when arrived and had an odd smell. Only redeeming quality is proximity to acropolis south entrance (4 min walk).

Anna at the front desk was excellent and made staying there, and being a tourist easy! Location was great and very close to many attractions. Only issue was not having a “Do Not Disturb” for the door. Housekeeping tried to come in while I was still in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Never received the check in email with the building code so it was a bit chaotic to be let inside. Code on door outside often had troubles getting in and out and the staff was not always at the front desk, we had to be let in by other guests. Otherwise wonderful stay, helpful staff, very nice clean rooms. Location was excellent, easy to walk and take public transport

Spacious room with second bed and bathroom in loft area was perfect for family with kids enjoying time in Athens. 5 minute walk (at most) to reach the Acropolis Museum. Clean room with fresh bedding, nice shower and air conditioning was a delight after walking for miles exploring Athens. Transport from the cruise terminal to the hotel and eventually from the hotel to the airport was arranged by the hotel and was timely, comfortable and reasonably priced. Plenty of places to dine for dinner in the immediate area and delicious bakeries for a breakfast pie and coffee when you’re out and about. Staff was amazing—accommodating and prompt in responding to all inquiries. We also benefited from the luggage drop off before the afternoon check in time and affordable beverages (including water) in the stocked minibar. Would absolutely return if given the opportunity.

We booked this property due to its proximity to the area we wanted to explore. We hoped since it was on a side street way from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, that it would have been a quiet and subdued spot. Unfortunately we were proven wrong... Exactly opposite our room and our private (or so we thought) terrace, there was a massive building site in development, noisy and very invasive indeed, since even when we sat on the loungers for a chill, we came face to face with the builders working on it!!! Im sure this construction has been ongoing, so the property 11 Eleven Acropolis Suites, is fully aware of it, yet the price for the rooms does not reflect the inconvenience! Not impressed whatsoever

The location was amazing, next to Acropolis museum, Areopagitou street and Plaka with access to tube and buses. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around, and a very lively neighborhood. We had our breakfast/coffee on the spacious balcony every morning. The bed was very comfortable too, while the shower had great water pressure and warm water. Minor downside: sometimes in the morning we heard noise from construction works from across the street, thankfully soundproofing was also good so they were limited.
