1/5 - Terrible
It’s just bad it’s need new staff who actually cares and renovating so it can keep up with other hotels

Clean room. Easy check in/out. Long term parking for a trip was great.

no major complaints with property. room rather outdated and refrigerators wasn't working. However staff was excellent. Location on metro rail route was helpful.

Room was decent. The carpet was a bit stained also they were in the process of changing the hallway carpet. But aside from that the stay was nice and the room was decent. The hot tub could use some kind of tub mat or grippers as it gets pretty slippery when trying to get out.

This is a nice place to stay. Very very close to the fall and its environs. Quiet and comfortable. Neat and well-equipped. Walkable distance to the falls. I can't say enough. Glad to have chosen this place to stay with my family. Contained us conveniently. 11 of us!

Great communication with the host. It was clean. 15 min walk to the Niagara falls. 7/11 close. Recommending. We stayed one night and had no any problems. Big bedrooms (they were cozy).

There were always characters hanging out around the entrance. Two good restaurants within walking distance
The breakfast area was dirty with flies. The floor was always sticky from spiked orange juice and you just get stuck to the floor. This hotel is also being used as a shelter or FEMA because there were kids running around with school bags all the time
It's a B+ maintained, older building. Our room was very clean and we were there for a night's sleep. More than adequate for that.
Very safe town, and it’s a clean place overall, very convenient location.
The other guest were extremely rude. There was a family of like 25 individuals and they had no respect for us or any other guest. They were loud in the hallway and we couldnt even get in the kitchen for breakfast. When we were able there was nothing.
