「The cabin was in terrible condition. It felt dirty and worn out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely. I didn’t actually realise that a ferry had to be taken to reach the resort. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was isolated and I wanted to be closer to Ballina.」

「Renovated in a cool style room was clean bathroom clean with fresh renovation still good condition. Bed comfortable sheets and towels etc up there 5star hotel standard! Definitely stay again」

「A small single room-in-room for Triple Travelers. There was a small swimming pool outside the room. When it was a bit chilly during the Christmas of 2017, the pool was not in serviceable condition.」

「Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. 」
