"My only encounter with staff was at check-in, and the gentleman checking me in was extremely pleasant. The experience was fast and smooth. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, but is old and the recent renovations already seem outdated."

"The front staff during check in had to call Expedia and renew to payment as Expedia canceled my reservation. The front staff member went above and beyond dealing Expedia on the phone while checking in other guests for 30 min. I will not be using Expedia again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We had two cars, and they kindly allowed us to use the parking for free, which was greatly appreciated. The AC was a little noisy, and the bathroom floor was quite slippery, but overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay."
