「The Riad is very pretty. Both the public areas and the room, although the room was a little dark. Of the staff, SOUKI was excellent. She was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know and even helped us negotiate the price of our laundry service so it wouldn’t be too expensive. The restaurant was just ok and we wish the Riad was a little closer to the market and other attractions of Merakesh.」

「Difficile de choisir ce que nous avons préféré, le séjour en entier était parfait en tout point. Nos repas au restaurant La Sultana auront été de loin nos favoris.」

「The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel.」

「Great staff and great location!!! Quiet but close to the action. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very easy to book tours in and around Marrakech」

「Un endroit magnifique et très apaisant」

「Beautiful property. The staff were all wonderful and super friendly and helpful. Unique experience.」

「服务态度很好，但是前一天用的毛巾没更换直接叠好又放上去了。WiFi效果不好，总是断。早餐还不错～晚餐特别贵，一样的东西出门在集市的小店吃价格不到一半。」

「The room is clean and overall is good」

「The people where you stay usually make all the difference, the owner is a great guy and makes sure that all you needs are met. The Riad is beautiful, the rooms are beautifully designed, the rooftop are is just super. There is a pool there. Then the location is great if like to shop, and go to tourist areas. Enjoy this Riad, Enjoy Marrakech!」

「Our family of four with two teenage boys loved our stay. The staff was kind and outstanding. I would highly recommend you use their airport transfer. They helped us through the streets of the Medina. The property was clean and comfortable. The manager and the whole team were devoted to our happiness and comfort. Most importantly, almost everyone interacted with had a friendly smile. I felt like I was staying at a good friends home. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was close...

「We had a fantastic stay at Riad Alma. From the moment we arrived, Ahmed was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He arranged our airport transport smoothly, met us at the taxi drop-off point, and personally helped us with our luggage, which made the arrival stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The riad itself is calm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Once you step inside, it feels like a quiet escape, you would never guess you’re in the...

「Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, great service and location. Definitely recommend!」

「Staff were kind and helpful, the spa was amazing, but my bed was two pushed together, of different heights, and both mattresses were quite hard, and the AC did not get cold no matter how low I put it. Minor issues, and overall I would definitely return.」

「Joel was an amazing staff member !」

「All the staff are welcoming. The venue is clean, calm and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff will do anything you ask. I highly recommend a visit. I would definitely want to stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. I received a great massage and hammam scrub from Hint, she was lovely. It is around a 12 minute comfortable walk to the Medina.」

「Beautiful property. The room was nice and cool and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good as well.」

「This guesthouse in the old town of Marrakech isn’t brand new, but it’s quite clean. The breakfast is pretty good.」

「All was good but on the room floor, the room was humid, lots of light came ine and also you heard all noises. The staff was attentive and helpful.」
