A very beautiful hotel in Olsens the suite was amazing the staff attends you in all the ways so I can tell you it was an excellent option and also is in the city which allows you to walk around and get very fast by walking too many places of interest. Highly recommended.

Exceptional. The villa is beautiful and all the staff as lovely. All speak perfect English and can not do enough for you. When our air conditioning stop we were taken to a new room immediately and helped to move. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal was delicious and extremely flexible. Highly recommend. Nice/Calm location in the Medina. Awesome rooftop and staff that cares a great deal!! Breakfast was delish! If you want to be in the old town but be a small walk away from the crowds, this is perfect.

Grand Boutique hotel located in the centre of the town that puts some 5-Star places to shame. Samira’s staff and team were the best - nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt right at home - so much so that we extended twice! Highly recommended to experience that Marrakesh magic!

This property was lovely and quite traditional so may be a little different from what Americans are used to. Staff and service was amazing. My only con is that I didn't receive my VIP upgrade or gift.

A true 5* experience in the traditional sense. This place only has 10 rooms and if you embrace it, you become a member of the family for the duration of your stay. The whole team will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I was very fortunate to stay in one of the suites and all I can say is WOW! Stunning and very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was tasty and plentiful and all made fresh by the team. Dinner was also excellent - so, so tasty. The Hammam experience was fantastic and I came away feeling refreshed and renewed. The location is a balance of being part of the Medina but without the chaos of the centre. Highly recommended if you’re seeking a traditional riad experience during your travels.

My partner and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays. We both loved it. The hotel is an oasis from the chaos of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (tea on arrival, waited on hand and foot in the restaurant, drinks brought to our room and even gave us both a gift on our checkout). The breakfast was amazing to the point that we couldn't even fit it all in there was so much provided. It's not too long a walk to the main centre and there were always taxis about outside if you didn't fancy walking it. The room was gorgeous - big bathroom, lovely Moroccan style decor, mini-bar etc The outside area on the roof was awesome with a beautiful view of the mountains. Got to lie in the Jacuzzi, and do some sunbathing with a drink in hand. Would highly recommend a stay here

What a wonderful few days spent at Villa Makassar! Samira and Issam at Reception were generous with their time and advice, and available at all times. They made sure that every need was catered for - no request was too big or too small. Zakary was there to greet us with a different delicious breakfast each morning and Ismael was always on hand to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Hidden away in the old town, Villa Makassar is within easy reach of everything you might want to visit in Marrakech. In addition, it is less than a couple of hours away from the Atlas Mountains and Essaouira - which are also a must (Both trips organised with the help of Samira and Issam with a wonderful guide, Brahim.) The jacuzzi on the roof top terrace at the end of an adventure-filled day was absolute bliss. This was my first visit to Marrakech, but certainly not my last. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

아주 좋은 경험이었어요. 좋은 가격과 좋은 사람들, 좋은 장소가 어우러져서 아주 좋은 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 자마 엘프나에서 멀지 않고 메니나까지고 걸어갈 수 있으며, 그 길은 모두 안전합니다. 호스트가 잘 신경써주며 룸과 식당 루프탑, 함마 모두 적절했습니다. 여기 숙소 짱 좋아요! 여기로 정하세요. 리야드는 그 거대함이 사진에 안담겨서 아쉽네요

Nous rentrons de Marrakech… ENCHANTÉS ! Nous avons réservé une chambre dans le riad La Villa Makassar (4 nuits), riad merveilleux où l’accueil de tous les membres du personnel a été vraiment top !!!! Toujours aux petits soins pour nous comme pour tous les touristes rencontrés, nous y retournerons pour toutes leurs qualités : serviables, hyper aimables et souriants quelque soit la demande … Samira la responsable est juste parfaite avec ses hôtes comme avec son personnel ! Des prestations du spa en passant par les petits déjeuners copieux et différents chaque jour (d’ailleurs un énorme merci au serveur et aux cuisines) nous avons vraiment apprécié cette parenthèse marocaine ❤️ À l’arrivée comme au départ la gentillesse et notre confort ont été les maîtres mots qui qualifient notre séjour ! Nous avons quitté le riad en fin d’après midi hier avec 2 gros sandwichs préparés pour nous ….. un geste une nouvelle fois à la mesure de la qualité de cet endroit et surtout du personnel !!!! Mille « Choukran » Samira, ne changez rien ! À bientôt PS : poussez la porte du 20 rue Chtouka … Vous ne serez pas déçus 😉
