「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience. 「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」
