「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. 「Sly Berlin is a stylish hotel located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area. The design is chic, and the atmosphere is inviting. 「The location is great. It takes less than 3 mins to walk to Berlin Hackescher Markt station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and the apartment has kitchen, washer, and dryer, which is quite useful. 」

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
