「I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!」

「The motel exceeded my expectations for our 2 night reservation. Very clean, comfortable beds and linens. We rented a car and had no issues with the free parking. If we fly into Auckland en route to other cities again (thus to be close to the airport) we will definitely plan to stay here again. 」

「沒有電梯、沒有電梯、沒有電梯，適合行李不多的人住，我們的房間在三樓但行李是2大2小，所以跟工作人員換到一樓，還好工作人員很好溝通，只是忘記還護照，不過一樓就不太通風而且隔音不太好，會聞到印度咖喱的味道，共用廚房的爐灶不能用，房間有微波爐很方便但垃圾桶的踩踏壞了…」
