"Clean and confortable room "

"Location and price were extremely good. The bus shuttle was also convenient as it runs 24/7. Room was clean and updated. The property is in good condition. I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8. "

"The room felt very homely and cosy. It was clean and quiet. There isn't much nearby, but it was perfect for our early flight overnight stay before the airport."

"Very clean, staff was excellent. I had asked at check in if I called in the morning could they call me a taxi. He said he would reserve one for me as soon as I was checked in. I have to admit, I was dubious he would remember- they were busy. To my delight when I came down to checkout, the taxi was already waiting. "

"We arrived very late, but there was someone to help us at the front desk. He was very nice and very helpful and gave excellent instructions. The libby was very neat and clean and elegantly decorated. Once we got into our room, we found it to be exactly as advertised, and very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if given the opportunity."
