「The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. 」
