"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"This is a hidden gem. Our family of 5 loved it. Steps from the perfect beach for snorkeling and swimming and sun bathing. It was quiet. Grocery store near by. Beach rentals near by. Beautiful coastal hike steps away. Units newly renovated. There is a place to do laundry on site. We loved the morning Yoga class, live music and Hula, etc. We arrived before check in and we were exhausted from leaving for our flight at 1am, and they let us check in early. I could go on and on. We will be back!"
"The staff at check in was super friendly and allowed us to keep our cold food items in the office fridge until we were able to have our unit later that afternoon. Loved our unit and the view from the lanai was awesome. Napili is an amazing area and we will definitely be back. "

The hotel is like an apartment, with all the commodities that you need to make your stay be comfortable and enjoy your vacation trouble free, plenty of parking. Mss Lisa, the lady i the front desk is the most professional and gentle person in the world, I can continue talking about my great experience in this place all day. If I come back to Maui, the most beautiful Island in the world, I would stay here again. I recommend this hotel 100%, and give this place a 1000 stars."

"Napili Village was absolutely amazing. The location was great, the services outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. It was a little slice of paradise. The bed was very hard and not overly comfortable, but that was our only minus in a whole LOT of plusses!"
