"Unique and wonderful place. Outstanding service."

"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"夕食の料理は良かったのですが、会場のエアコンがききすぎて寒くなってしまったのが残念でした。"

"Fint välkomnande! Fint rum, god mat! Onsen var bra. Engelsktalande personal så livet blev lite lättare. Mycket god mat! Åker gärna hit igen."

"Very good location, easy to walk around the town and close to the station."

"We enjoyed the breakfast, clean comfortable room, and convenient location. For western travelers the beds are very firm."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, and breakfast was good with a variety of options."

"Good for a short stay."

"Quiet and very clean. Great location just minutes from station. 9th floor onsen was an unexpected pleasure with the outdoor pool and a very hot sauna."

"Good location. Friendly staff."

"Excellent breakfast (must reserve in advance). Hotel was clean and conveniently located."

"Wonderful hotel, thank you"

"A great stay - a convenient location"

"The staff was really nice and helpful"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"Great place to stay for a reasonable price. Staff was pleasant and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Traditional hotel well placed for local sights."
