スタッフのみなさんの対応がとても気持ちいいもので、『また来たい』と思わせるものでした。 子供への接し方も素晴らしく、心から楽しんでいる姿が親としてもうれしかったです。 布団も子供用のものも部屋にあり、こういう心遣いもありがたい限り。料理も美味しく、とても満足。 ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。

食事のテーブルを示す部屋番号が手書きで準備いただくなどスタッフの皆様の気持ちが伝わってきました スリッパを脱ぐすべての場所で自分のものがわかる仕組みとなっていて安心して滞在できました いつでも入れる温泉は肌がツルツルになってとってもよかったです

スタッフの方はよく教育されており、気持ちよく接してくれました。 設備はだいぶ古く、ドアクローザーは取れたままになっている部屋が半分ぐらいで開け閉めうるさかったです。 上の階の足音が相当うるさかった。 2部屋隣の夜の飲み会の声がうるさく、フロントに苦情言いに行きました。 大浴場は　狭かったです。　向かいの旅館は閉館してました。 浩宮天皇が大学卒業旅行できたそうですが、昔はよかったんでしょうね。 スタッフは感じよかったですが残念でした。

Don’t go for the Onsen, although the waters are incredible there is absolutely no view. Property and rooms very dated (70’s Japan) but staff, breakfast and location excellent to reach out in to the mountains to hike or visit the three great temples in Bessho. For £100 a night we visited after our Kanazawa trip, early check in and reasonable check out time with breakfast allows one to really relax, even if for a day.

初めて行った別所温泉でしたが良いお湯でした！ 廊下が寒かったのですが温泉にとても近い部屋を用意してくださっていたので全然苦になりませんでした。温泉に入った後は身体がポカポカでとても気持ち良かったです。食事は、朝、夕どちらも食べきれないほどのボルュームで大満足でした！ 旅館の方も親切に受け答えしてくださいました。 大満足でしたよ。
