「The room is neat and clean, the transportation is convenient, and the shopping is convenient! But there is no microwave oven, you can see the sea 🌊 falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves at night, I like it very much」

「The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again! 」

「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the...
