"Had the best coffee at breakfast as any other hotel. Didn’t tell us at check-in we had to use our room card to operate the elevator. ( no big deal, just felt dumb)"

"The description should be clearer that the property is across the street from the beach. Also there is a sink hole construction project happening right in front of the the property that causes some noise and access issues. For the small room that I had the balcony was almost too small to use, but the view was very nice."

"Our stay at Cottage Peace of Maui was absolutely wonderful! The cottage was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the island while still enjoying a quiet retreat. A very special thank you to Mika and Tammi for your incredible hospitality. You made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and your kindness truly made our trip even more memorable. "Love the Grand Wailea but things are starting to show wear and tear. They need updating on the cobblestone pathways around the pools. There are broken ones that you can trip on and they become so slippery I saw several people fall while we’re there. They also get so hot during the day people are always complaining and rushing to get off them. There has to be some sort of non-slip/anti heat coating they can put on them or they should find a new material to use. It’s dangerous. Bathrooms in the rooms could also use a deep clean but everything else about the property is absolutely beautiful!"

"We had a wonderful time and love the property and the employees. We had one problem, they had construction going on during the day above our room. We thought they should not have rented that room if there was construction in the daytime on our vacation. They should have moved us to a quiet location."
