"The staff was outstanding! Upon check in we told the person at the desk that we would like to know how much more it would be to upgrade to a larger room with the larger beds. He comped us the upgrade at no cost to us!!! This hotel reminded me of the "old" Florida charm rather than the big highrise chain motels that are the norm today. The only thing I wish they had would be a hot tub in their great pool area. I highly recommend Royal Inn Hotel and would stay here again. "

"The only nice area of this place was the lobby. Once we got to the hallway to go down, right away there was a ceiling repair with debris all over the floor. Once we got to the room and opened the door, we were hit in the face with enough strong cologne to choke a horse. The mattress had crevices/indents. There was brown crap splashed on the wall. The shower… THE SHOWER. Barely ANY water pressure. The temp would get super cold and super hot. Not good for an infant. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. The dresser wasn’t very appealing. Just overall, not nice. We switched hotels. "

"The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."

"Juno Beach is a lovely, laid back beach. The hotel is across the street from beach access. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean if you like to jog/walk. The pool at the hotel is a nice size and it was heated! The day we were there was chilly. Breakfast was really good! Hot items like scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels and even bikes at no charge! Hotel is within walking distance to several eateries. Juno beach is very chill, unlike more built up and busy Ft Lauderdale, which we enjoyed. The hotel itself provides fine enough amenities. We were on ground floor with a patio but a large hedge was there so you couldn’t see anything. I understand privacy but I wouldn’t have minded a view of the pool. I do not believe the hotel has an ocean view. Would have loved a hot tub but knew there wasn’t one. Staff was friendly especially at breakfast and the clientele were as well"
