「Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me.
We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones.」

THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life.
THE BAD: This hotel is...

「The staff knew us all by name. We stayed in the 3-bedroom park suite, which is probably the nicest suite I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been guests at the other high-end hotels on Palm Beach, and I must say that White Elephant is my favorite due to the incredible, friendly service, cleanliness, and overall experience of a smaller hotel.」
