"The bathing area not enough to turn our body also its just like small box. Can’t adjust the shower head also. Rooms are not bigger as presented on these photos. I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "

"On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay"

"This is a house of multiple occupants- shared corridors, these are not well maintained, with bare floors and scruffy areas. Other rooms had blaring music as we walked past. We don’t stay and decided to stay somewhere else instead "

"La casa è adatta a ospitare non più di 10 persone, noi eravamo in 12 e, nonostante gli sforzi apprezzabili della proprietaria Cassie che si è dimostrata gentilissima, abbiamo dovuto affittare una seconda sistemazione. "The apartment was brand new and clean. Sadly, though, we weren’t able to enjoy our stay at all. Due to space limitations set by Hotels.com, I can only share the worst of the reasons here. We reached the building at check-in time, jet-lagged and exhausted. We hadn’t slept for 40 hrs, as we’d traveled on an overnight flight from the US and then taken a train. We weren't able to enter the building. We’d not received the access codes by email yet, and no one was answering at the phone # listed in...
