Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. "Another great hotel from this luxury chain. The lobby is stylish and inviting, the staff were lovely, patient, kind and efficient. Spoke English and tried to help me whenever I needed anything. Room had a fantastic view of the river and was clean, tidy with everything you could need. Shuttle bus between hotel and Osaka station was great, runs twice an hour and three times an hour during peak times throughout the day."
