Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. "You check in yourself, you really don’t deal with staff unless you need something..the rooms were clean and had the amenities needed, except iron which you need to check out at front desk. They provide razors, soaps, toothbrush, etc…the beds and pillows were comfy…location close to station and close enough to Dotonbori..had a 7-11 in hotel 👍..had a double room so it seemed good size..single rooms would feel small…"
