The hotel is clean and their bed is big and comfortable. Room are big that is enough to put two luggages. Located in Mount Austin so there are a lot of dining options. There are a few nice breakfast shops downstairs and there is a pub located right downstairs for people who want to have a beer to chill for the night. As we went in on day before eve of christmas, the custom jam was terrible and we only reached at midnight 2am but this is still staff at the front desk for us to do the check in which not a lot of small hotels have it which make us like this hotel even more. Overall, is a excellent stay at 1 Million Hotel. Highly recommended. Will go stay there again next time.

Nice hotel with many food and drink places. Will like to give my respect to the night shift staff on Christmas eve 24th Dec 2023 as they are hardworking and provide a good service to the customers. The male staff staff really work hard as I see he keep the reception area clean and works hard during the Christmas eve evening around 10.30pm. Thanks for the nice hotel stay and keep on the good work! 😄

Overall experience was nice, staff was also friendly upon checking in and checking out. But the room is not soundproof at all, considering this is during the peak holiday season and the hotel was rather packed, we ended up not having quality sleep throughout our stay due to many sound interference (next door talking, closing doors, people chatting loudly etc). Other than these, our stay was rather satisfactory.
