"This hotel is not near anything walkable. If you want to go get dinner or enjoy an activity, then you must rent a car or get an Uber, which can be expensive. The hotel is located directly next to the train station so all day and night you can hear the train and you can also hear the vehicles outside in the entranceway. There was not much open late night to eat in the hotel either. I have had way better stays at other hotels. I would not come back to the Hyatt."

I called other and asked if it could b sent to my email like I was told it would earlier and the lady blatantly lies and pretended to type by email in and said that she sent and I still have yet to receive it! "Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel shuttle was convenient, since the surrounding area was limited in restaurants, shops. A quick 5-10 min shuttle ride took us where we needed to go. Stayed here for 2 nights and will come back the next time I'm in Dallas!"
