「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「From the moment driving up the bridge to the moment of driving away, every moment spent at Don Cesar was unforgettable. From the private beach access, to the variety of restaurants, there was no need to step out to grab anything. We were only there for 1 night but will be there for plenty more to explore all the amenities. Staff was incredibly amazing and sincere and service was absolutely superb. Will definitely be back for a much longer stay.」
