Top Jikishian Temple Hotel Reviews

Ryokan Yamazaki

Ryokan Yamazaki

10/10 Excellent
"The property was beautiful and peaceful, and our rooms were very quiet and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable and the in room bathroom and shower was very convenient. We ate breakfast at the hotel and there was the option of a western breakfast or a traditional breakfast. Both were delicious, however, I loved the Japanese style breakfast of fish, rice, egg, and vegetables. Highly recommend!"

Kadensho, Arashiyama Onsen, Kyoto - Kyoritsu Resort

10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English, which is especially convenient for travelers who haven’t learned much Japanese yet. The traditional Japanese-style breakfast was absolutely delicious and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff serving breakfast were wonderful as well and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also incredibly convenient—the train station is right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around and explore Kyoto. And lastly, the onsen was fantastic! It was clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Between the wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location, spotless rooms, and relaxing onsen, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kyoto!"
