「Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality 」

「The accommodation is okay but the cleaning staff are not doing a good job to the apartment. So many things are left unclean which is not very good. The apartment is located in a quiet area which is a bonus. The window blinds are too light especially now in summer time where the sunrise very quickly. You can’t have a late lie down because of the ray of sun shining bright on your face. Something need to be done. A big thank you to Anna who has being very helpful and provided us with our request....

「Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme. A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! 」

「The facilities needed to be renew, toilet seat was not fit to the toilet bowl, bed was too soft for me. We can hear people talking downstairs or walking outside. That's fine to stay 1 night.」

「我入住了7天，認為酒店雖然沒有華麗的大堂，但整體的質素及服務是非常高。包括親切及有善的員工，房間向運河景色優美，清潔整齊的房間及大堂，早餐款式少但質量高，房間有Sky TV，步行到火車站及市中心只需八分鐘，處理問題迅速，我反映洗手盆去水慢，二小內已完全處理好。唯一的缺點是在晚間樓下的酒吧及食肆比較人多聲音有少少嘈，特別是在週末晚。這是值得推介的酒店。」
