"Excellent hotel"

"Found a dried up and crusty dirty rag in the bathroom, the tub had a dirt ring in it, the toilet flusher was broken. Tv stand had a drawer that didn’t close it stayed open the entire time and the Tv also didn’t work. Last but certainly not least the most concerning of it all I found out that my window was clacked open all night with a closet hanger. Thank goodness I wasn’t on the first floor cause who knows what would’ve happened. Just terrible will never book here again"

"Overall I enjoyed my stay i was not able to partake in any amenities. Unfortunately breakfast on the weekend starts at 7am and I had an early flight. I do know it smelled delicious and I wished that they opened at 6 like during the week. I was very saddened by that considering that was one of my main reasons for choosing this place. My biggest purpose was the shuttle which we did utilize. And it was very clean and arrived early and on time. I appreciated that. Upon arrival the rooms were clean but freezing i had to adjust the temp as soon as i walked in. Felt like Antarctica lol glad the ac worked. But i needed heat. Overall I would stay again."

"No signal to watch TV goes on and off.Coffee pot didn't work. The inside pool looked like it hasn't been used or cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good $19.99 all you can eat"

"Arrived and the room I had booked wasn’t available. Had to wait an hour to get a room. Needless to say we were exhausted and had a flight to catch at 4am so sitting in the lobby for an hour at 7pm wasn’t what I had expected. And it was 7pm and they never notified me about not having a room. They managed to get me the room I booked but I wasn’t impressed"
