「The location was perfect for what we needed. I liked that it was a smaller hotel with personal service. We were able to walk to the restaurant or take a shuttle ride if necessary. 「The staff and the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. The points taken away are from the upkeep of the property. Doors rusted, and the phone did not work in our room. It may have been because the hallway power was out and there was no lights. The railing on the balcony was loose so be careful if you lean on it. In closing, the staff belongs at the Biltmore, and the facility needs to be built more. There were lots of patrons while we were there, so the inconveniences...
