「I stayed at this resort for one night and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
When I checked into my room, it was not properly prepared. The bathtub was clogged and filled with water, making it unusable. I contacted maintenance, and it took about two hours for someone to arrive. Even after they “fixed” it, the same issue happened again when I tried to use the shower.
There were also missing items in the room, and overall it did not feel properly maintained or ready for guests.
