「You have to wait for half an hour to check in. Because there is no person at the front desk. The customer service is terrible. The room is very dirty. Do not come here. Terrible place. The worst experience I have ever had. 」

「You had to navigate a minefield of potholes to get there, but the person at the front desk was surprisingly friendly and helpful--very refreshing. The room was clean, the bed a bit hard.」

「I been here over a month and still paying taxes and not supposed to be when you stay at a hotel for more than 30 days u don't get charged taxes no more and I am still being charged I know this cause I live in hotel 2 years now 」

「Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. 」

「I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all.」
