Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. The ones doing the daily cleaning, always knocked on my door to see if i needed anything. Overall the 10 days i was here was a very pleasant stay. Brenda was my favorite housekeeper.

Nice stay, cheap and affordable.

I was in passing through Louisville on a long lay over and needed somewhere to rest for the night. The hotel was very affordable at only $50 a night and no deposit. The clerk was very nice. There are stores within walking distance. Had a nice stay and would stay again when in Louisville.

Parking was safe enough. Room smelled moldy. Tv didnt work. No phone in the room. Dirty carpet, a roach was in the toliet upon getting there. They had a broken card machine so had to be manually let into our room which included breaking into the room thru a hole in the door. With their finger. Therein felt unsafe throughout the night knowing that the door could kust be opened with your finger anytime..... wourl not recommended this hotel

The receptionist that checked me in the night of the 14 th was very nice, sociable, and very attentive. The only thing is that I would say is that the cleaning of the rooms could be better but overall it was a good stay.
