「Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good. 」

「We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane. We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel. 」

「The hotel is beautiful, and it has awesome breakfast. However, there are several things to be improved: 1) Not clean enough. Balconies are simply dirty and rarely cleaned. So does the floor of my room, you can often feel the dust with your feet. 2) Staff could have better training. Reception talked to me directly in Spanish instead of starting wtih Portuguese or English. I had a hard time understanding him. Once I requested my car, the boy stopped my car on the street instead of the entry...

「O atendimento de alguns funcionários é muito bom, boa parte demonstrava interesse em ajudar sempre, porém senti alguma insatisfação interna porque alguns funcionários ficavam reclamando e discutindo na frente dos hospedes. Dava pra perceber que havia algum problema. A comida do restaurante estava boa, porém percebi manteiga estragada e moscas grandes e verdes em pleno cafe da manha, isso estragou a boa impressao que eu tinha da cozinha. 」
