Beautiful colonial style hotel set in tropical parkland. Excellent cocktail bar and superb pool. Well appointed gym. Arrived very early morning and the charming night manager made sure we were in our room very quickly.

Stay was nice and hotel is very well located. Friendly staff. I was expecting more for the cost of the hotel. I was disappointed by the lack of support to Parque Burle Marx that is beside the hotel area. Parque is completely abandoned such an important landmark for Brazilian architectural history.

It doesn't feel like you are in São Paulo. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful park. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Excellent pool and gym. Super spacious and clean rooms and the best Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges is located on the main floor. Please make sure to reserve this restaurant a month in advance. It's worth every penny!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. Very friendly staff and got to know you during stay to provide great service
