Room and bathroom are very dated, air conditioning was not working, rust around the bathroom mirrors, clean but old and cheap sheets, towels. Breakfast is average, very convenient location by shopping Morumbi. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Todo, todo su personal es atento. Desde la recepción, un trato excepcional. Paciencia con la barrera del idioma, ayudarme para tener cambio de dinero, la limpieza muy bien y la honradez grande. Diana nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo más. El restaurante con su desayuno incluido, muy burno. Tiene casi enfrente la parada del transporte publico, 2 cebtros comerciales. Tiene un lugar muy privilegiado. Costo y calidad 👌 😎. Volveriamos a hospedarnos.

O Hotel Blue Tree Morumbi é simplesmente uma enganação do início ao fim da hospedagem. Cheguei a noite para fazer o check in e na recepção viram minha dificuldade de locomoção, não apenas por ser idoso mas por estar recém operado, o que pode ocorrer também em jovens. Vaias situações, a meu ver absurdas: 1. O banheiro não tem nenhuma barra de segurança, sem tapete num box escorregadio, próprios para o correr um acidente. 2. telefone não funciona, tive de ir pessoalmente até a recepção comunicar, porém, até o final da diária não enviaram ninguém para resolver a situação. 3. Apenas funciona o ar condicionado frio e como havia apenas um fino cobertor fui solicitar que me enviassem mais um já que no mês de julho as noite foram exageradamente frias e 01 cobertor fino não foi suficiente, 4. Breakfast deixou a desejar, com frutas ruins, sucos muitos ralos. Ex, 01 laranja para 02 litros de água 5. No dia seguinte, estávamos novamente sem Wi-Fi bem antes do término da diária, enfim, pessimo.

Estive em outros Blue Tree(como o Verbo Divino),com atendimento mais cordial na chegada.Ninguém apareceu para tirar as bagagens.Existe só um criado-mudo e quem precisa usar CPAP não tem onde ligá-lo(quando o casal o usam). Banheiro sem ducha higiênica o que é hoje uma necessidade

Hotel abaixo do esperado.

O quarto tinha barulho o dia inteiro de reforma nos quartos acima até mo sabado. Foram pedidos travesseiros e toalhas que nunca foram entregues. No café da manhã fomos apressados a terminar. Nao há ducha higiênica no banheiro. TV nao é smart e tem poucos canais com baixa qualidade de imagem. Espetava mais pela catwgoria e preço.
