Room and bathroom are very dated, air conditioning was not working, rust around the bathroom mirrors, clean but old and cheap sheets, towels. Breakfast is average, very convenient location by shopping Morumbi. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Pros: breakfast is very good with plenty of options, many natural juices and homemade breads, pastries and cakes. Heated internal pool is nice. Cons: facilities are terrible, outdated elevators and systems (In 10 days I had to replace or revalidate my access cards more than 10 times without exaggerating and this was happening to multiple customers); GYM: needs to be 100% renovated, equipment very old and most of them broken, it is dangerous and I injured my hand due to the poor condition. Bath towels all need to be replaced by new ones. Staff not so helpful, although I’ve complained every single time I had to replace or revalidate my access card, no action is taken, no apologies, nothing. Although building is very old, if they invest on maintenance, for sure it would be better.

Dear Sir, Overall the hotel is acceptable to stay, the area is good but the most satisfactory side of the hotel is the front stuff: Mr. Moses and bartender: Mr. Jonathan. Please thank them once again, they're real deal and problem solver of this hotel. PS: Please increase and widen up the variety of the fruit section since Brasil has the most delicious tropical fruits on the world. Blue Tree “Premium” did not live up to the name. The deluxe room was large, but plain and only had a desk chair - no easy chair, though there was room for one. A very small counter in the bathroom- inconvenient for 2 people. The room card kept failing. Most annoying - only one WiFi connection per person. So, if you have a laptop, smart phone and tablet you had to go to the front desk to connect them two of them to WiFi.
