Horrible experience!

Impossible to rest! The noise in the room was constant from outside and inside. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room next to the loading and unloading area, 24 hours making noise. In addition to this the garbage truck compacted the garbage twice a day just meters from the window and to add to the discomfort the dragging of furniture on the upper floors was constant! I asked for a room change but was denied on the grounds that "we are full" for the level of room you had paid for. I offered to pay whatever they asked me to upgrade and and was also denied. Worst of all, a colleague made a reservation minutes after I was denied and they gave him a better room than the one he had! Horrible experience!! BTW, I do not need any "manager apologies" now you should have been there when I needed you! now your "help" is futile

Hotel confortável com excelente atendimento

Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Mas o destaque da estadia foi o atendimento do staff, especialmente da Ana, que estava no turno da noite. Havia uma excursão escolar hospedada no andar acima do meu, fazendo muito barulho à noite, e ela resolveu a situação a contento e com muita gentileza. Quanto às instalações e alimentação, já fiquei em outros hotéis na região, e o Blue Tree se destacou pelo tamanho do quarto, bonita recepção e ambiente em geral muito agradável. O café da manhã é o esperado para um hotel desse nível, com itens diversos mas nada especial a ser destacado. Minha única ressalva seria quanto à falta de uma cafeteira elétrica ou similar no quarto, que eu esperava no tipo de quarto que escolhi. Mas, no geral, dei nota máxima à estadia.
