Buck up your front desk services

Front desk service was a disaster. understaff as there was a long queue waiting to check in. Check out a day earlier and asked for a refund. They agreed but when hotel.com called to verified, they say otherwise.

One of the worst experience. Other than location. Pathetic hotel. Pls carry your own empty glass, bottle of water , heater, warm clothes, light to see in the room.. basically everything. Staff not helpful at all. Nobody knows English , everything they say no. Nothing to eat after 7. And this was not even Ibis budget.. B Never ever coming.to this hotel or any Ibis for that matter ..

The parking is horrible. Second time I had a bad experience. Last time I was the one asking for my car first and they took one hour to get it, 5 people got it before me. They kept going back and forth between ibis and ibis budget, looked like they are always understaffed. Ibis says the parking is independent, but is in the hotel’s property. They should really think about changing the parking lot company or ask them to to a better job with customer service. This time, July 2025, when I arrived at the parking, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and how many days. After that they asked me if I wanted to pay all the parking fees in advance, and I said yes. Then, for the next 7 days I would just get a ticket when dropping of my car and just give them that ticket to get the car back. I don’t know what the heck happened but they wanted me to pay more. Saying that I didn’t pay in advance. At first I couldn’t find the receipt, since I was coming and going and they never asked for it. They said either I would pay more or I wouldn’t get the car. I asked for the manager and I was told there was no manager there at the time. Finally I found the receipt and they got the car. But of course that took about one hour and a half!!!

Ninguém suporta o mofo do carpete do corredor

O carpete do corredor estava com um forte cheiro de mofo, que me causou alergia e mal-estar. O hotel em si é muito bom, porém o carpete do corredor, infestado de mofo, é insuportável. É preciso melhorar isso.

Falta budget para o Ibis

Tirando a localização excelente, todo o resto da experiência foi ruim. Fiz o check-in online e mesmo assim ainda fiquei um tempão até subir pro quarto. Qualidade do quarto bem abaixo do desejável: piso e rodapés descascando, nenhum utensílio para tomar água ou colocar o sabonete da pia. Cama com percevejos (e me encheram de picadas). Vaso sanitário sujo de urina (precisei pedir para limpar com menos de 10 minutos que estava no quarto). Triste que a experiência tenha sido ruim, pois o lugar é ótimo para ficar quando se vai a shows.

In front of one of the biggest and oldest Shopping Center in SP, the walkable distances and easy access to the shopping was a great feature of this hotel, we really like the staff and breakfast was affordable and of great variety and quality. The Expresso machine was a success with us. I recommend.
