「We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good. 」

「They have good service.All the front desk receptionists can speak English and they are very passionate.The only dissatisfied point is the network.Sometimes I can connect the internet and sometimes not.It's so weird.」
