"We made self-check in easily using machine at the reception, without queuing. Rooms were excellent, small but clean and functional, sockets near the bed, bathroom was big enough (larger than in most Ibis budget hotels), cleaned daily, great bedding and lighting in the room. Staff (whenever needed) was friendly and smiling. there was restaurant working near reception area. we did not have breakfast but it was looking really full. 5 min walk to the Gent Dampoort station and 15-20 min to the city historical center. Overall, we are really happy with our stay."

"We were very impressed with the overall experience here! The room was amazing, and very large compared to traditional rooms in Europe. The bathroom was ginormous, all 4 of us could get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which were perfect after our long flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and even went out of their way to help carry our luggage. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. 10/10 for this hotel and location -- we will definitely be back. Thank you! "
