This is a smart and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. Nice gardens to sit in. Only downside is that when the staff go home there are no drinks available to purchase which I think was about 8.00pm.

Great Hotel!

Great little hotel, good communication prior to stay regarding access to our room. Breakfast was a buffet with a wonderful selection of food. Room was large with private bathroom and lovely view of the grounds. All in all a very positive experience.

Bien mais accueil et service client à revoir

Nous étions surpris de ne voir personne à l’accueil un samedi à 15:30 quand nous sommes arrivé, et n’avons croisé personne jusqu’au petit déjeuner, qui était par ailleurs plutôt bien, malgré un prix exorbitant : 25€ par personne. Arrivé au Check out, il a fallu que je prouve par A+B que j’avais bien réglé en amont ma chambre via hôtel.com et j’ai même du leur montrer le retrait sur mon compte ! Quelques jours avant que nous arrivions, nous avons même reçu une demande pour que l’on mette notre numéro de CB sur un formulaire en ligne, ce qu’aucun hôtel ne m’avait jamais demandé, et je trouve ça incroyable en termes de sécurité bancaire.

Déception

État général correct, le ménage pourrait être un peu mieux fait. Des moustiques écrasés sur les murs laissés, un des WC avec une odeur pas terrible. Le plus gros souci : on tire de l’eau froide, la couleur de l’eau reste au jaune. On téléphone pour savoir ce qu’il se passe, on nous répond que ça arrive régulièrement et que l’eau n’est pas potable. Aucune indication, on est obligé de demander des bouteilles d’eau qui arriveront à plus de 22h. Avec une famille, pas très pratique après une journée de voyage de ne rien avoir à boire en arrivant. Et personne pour faire l’accueil. Pour une maison, très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas d’égouttoir, pas de mug, pas de verre à eau pour les enfants). Les points positifs : une grande superficie, maison bien chauffée, au calme, proche de Gand et pratique pour découvrir la région. Belle maison mais trop chère pour le service rendu. Dommage.

Wir hatten über Expedia einen Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück wurde uns dennoch zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt mit der Antwort, dass die Angaben in der Bestätigungsmail von Expedia sowie die Angaben auf der Webseite von Expedia falsch seien. Daraufhin haben wir um eine Rechnung gebeten. Es hieß, dass der Eigentümer nur sporadisch antworten würde und man selbst nicht in der Lage sei eine Rechnung auszustellen. Bis heute haben wir keine Rechnung oder eine Antwort auf unsere Mail vom Hotel erhalten. Das Personal ist sehr nett, besteht aber ausschließlich aus Studierenden die den Laden schmeißen und ziemlich gehetzt und überfordert wirken. Das Frühstück ist eine Unverschämtheit. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr bemüht, aber das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt hier einfach nicht. Das Businesszimmer ist zwar nett aber hat ein klitzekleines Fenster. Wenn Sie also Wert auf Luft während des Schlafs legen, buchen Sie besser ein anderes Zimmer. Nur durch den Expedia Service konnte das Problem ansatzweise gelöst werden. Bis heute ist nicht der vollständige Betrag erstattet oder eine Mail durch den Eigentümer oder eine offizielle Rechnung eingetroffen.
