This is a very basic, no frills, slightly dirty hotel. The hallways had many stains. They charge you to store your luggage. Expensive for something slightly better than a dorm room.

This property was perfectly located, walking distance to every turistic place. Was clean, the staff was very sweet, and they have free water, coffe and hot chocolate at the lobby. Breakfast was amazing also. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent central location to all the main attractions. Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast, served till 10am and staff bring out fresh supply till closing time. Tea and Coffee available all day. Staff friendly and help us check in early when the luggage lockers were unavailable.

Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city centre on foot. Room was small and basic but clean. Bed was comfy and the walk-in shower was a good size. Given we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room it had everything we needed.

Lovely place to stay

You couldn't wish for a more central location in Ghent with soundproof rooms. There is secure car parking <250mtrs away, which is pricey but you are in the heart of the city. The hotel has a super eating area for breakfast and numerous other seating areas including a sun terrace for when you tire of walking. You are even overlooking an ex royal palace and gardens, which would be impossible anywhere in the UK.
