"The room was clean had a little bit of a musty smell, and the refrigerator did not work. But it was clean enough, and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. finding out that I had to pay for parking was a little bit annoying."

"We’ve never stayed at a Doubletree in such terrible shape & in need of a renovation. The hotel was very old, not well maintained. Elevators were slow and sounded old. The carpet in our room was in bad condition and appeared not to be properly vacuumed. no towel bar in the bathroom. There was a load noise (probably the elevator) above our room. We couldn’t sleep so we had to switch rooms at 1am. The other room was in similar (old) condition. No ice on at least 3 floors ( we stopped searching after the 3rd floor). Very disappointing for $500 a night!!"
